Consentocracy begins where extractive civilization ends: at the refusal to make survival, dignity, belonging, or agency conditional on usefulness to someone else’s machine.
We reject the civilization-scale lie that people must prove their worth by being useful to systems that consume them.
We reject consent reduced to paperwork, votes reduced to permission for unaccountable power, work reduced to survival hostage-taking, and reward inflated into domination.
We affirm a future in which power must remain legible, bounded, revocable, and answerable to those it affects.
We affirm contribution without coercion, excellence without supremacy, reward without enclosure, technology without human disposal, and growth without extraction.
We call this future Consentocracy.
Constitutional principles
The work has teeth.
Consentocracy does not abolish standards, contribution, responsibility, or reward. It constitutionalizes them so they cannot become extraction, enclosure, or domination.
Power is downstream of consent.
Authority remains legitimate only while it is permissioned, legible, bounded, revocable, and answerable to those it affects.
Reward has limits.
Contribution may be honored. Excellence may be resourced. But no reward matures into domination over the commons.
Every system needs a return path.
Breach, refusal, appeal, repair, revocation, and exit are not exceptions to governance. They are what keep governance alive.
Witness is not surveillance.
A witness preserves the meaning of a consent loop. Surveillance captures relation for power. Consentocracy requires the difference.
Plurality is preserved by compatibility.
Consentocracy does not demand one way of living. It asks every way of living to preserve the loops it touches.

The Fractal Consent Stack is the recursive architecture of stable relation: proportionate identity, shared context, living boundary, consent to action, consent to witness, witnessed meaning, breach notification, repair, and iterative renewal. Its base unit can scale from a private dyad to a civilization because it preserves the same invariant at every level: power remains answerable to the beings it affects.
Presence / Ephemeral Identity A situated identity surface appears without requiring total exposure.
Proportional Identity The identity revealed is proportionate to the context, risk, purpose, and power involved.
Shared Context The parties understand what world the agreement lives inside: purpose, duration, authority, risk, data, and downstream effects.
Living Boundary The edge of the relation is legible: what is included, excluded, allowed, private, renewable, or forbidden.
Consent to Action Permission is explicit enough to act upon and specific enough not to be laundered into unrelated uses.
Consent to Witness The parties authorize what may be witnessed, by whom or what, at what resolution, for what purpose, and for how long.
Witnessed Meaning The witness preserves the meaning of the consent, not merely the fact that assent occurred.
Action with Consent Lineage Every action carries the context, authority, and consent lineage that made it legitimate.
Breach Notification When consent, context, boundary, witness scope, or proportionality fails, the signal routes to those affected and those able to repair.
Repair / Revocation / Renewal / Exit Loops remain alive because they can update, pause, end, repair, or be released.
Iterative Renewal The output of one loop becomes context for the next, allowing trust to compound without capture.
